How can I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, Horas Baby will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.




Can I modify or cancel my order?


Unfortunately an order cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate orders needs to be placed.




Do you offer returns or refunds?


We always check our products before sending to ensure the quality is perfect, although on the off chance that your product is faulty, we will offer a refund upon the return of the product. We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please note we do not cover postage costs for returns.




Do you ship internationally?


At the moment we only ship around Australia and Indonesia. PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way responsible for any import or duty taxes imposed by Indonesia. Please check this charges before placing your order.




Do you accept local pick up?


Yes, simply choose local pick up when in the delivery method section of the check out. We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to organise a suitable date and time.
